Maybe because I used to sleep late (5-6am), now a day I can’t really sleep before that particular time. Even if I try to sleep early, I’ll still wake up at 1-2am, then stay up to around that time before I can sleep back again!

What do I usually do when I can’t sleep back and awake?? First, I’ll have my supper like tonight…
