My Christmas present

Just on my previous post, I was saying I hope to have a set of PC audio system as a Christmas present. Then today, I’ve finally made up my mind, I going to get one for myself. So, today KahPeng, KDM, Stacy and I went to JB Hifi to look for it.

Actually we have been there before earlier. That time I was thinking of one of Logitech’s model. However, today we spotted another model from Altec Lancing is vs.4121. KahPeng said that his brother bought this back in Malaysia. He reckon, that is not bad.

Since it is on reduced price, I’ve finally make up my mind on it, since I prefer Altec Lansing than Logitech anyway.

Actually ever since I came here, I’ve been dreaming of buying one, mainly because my life here is damn bored earlier. But ever since I started working, I feel like wanting it even more because you will never understand how it feels after a very tired day of work, and yet you have totally no entertainment at all everyday. I’ve been working really hard, so hard that I can hardly put it into words, but luckily, my life is changing now that I’ve found a new job, although is still hard, but at least I can earn more.

Secondly, I really think I deserve at least one entertainment for myself here. So I bought it and it turns out well! At least until now, I have no regrets at all, in fact I feel glad I’ve bought it.

As you all know I’ve moved out from Student Village into this new shared house. After I’ve moved in, there are 2 new members joined us. Probably they are the first staying here, we moved in later. I don’t know.

This one is captured just few days ago. It was found in my room, but this time, KDM captured it.

I was shocked when I saw something like that in my bed room, I don’t know it has been here for how long already… I can’t imagine I have been sleeping with this little monster for weeks! Jesus…

Actually we wanted to release them outside the house, but KahPeng says that since we are so boring here at times, we should keep it as pet. So here it is, our 2 new pets. However, we don’t know what is their species, I tried look through online, but I still have no idea. Anyone knows?

Big Dad’s Pie

One thing I want to tell you all during my trip to UnderWater World. When we were on the way to Sunshine Coast, the bus had a stop in some where just outside Brisbane. The bus driver keep recommending the pies they sell there. We were thinking, since he kept saying it, it must be good, so we went down and headed to the shop and have a look.

The brand name called Big Dad’s Pie. When we just stepped into the shop, we can smell the pies, and it smells good I reckon. So KahPeng, Kodomo and I bought 3 different flavors and have a try. When I had the first bite, the only thing I can tell is… YUMMY!!! So DELICIOUS!!! I have tasted the other 2 flavors as well, and it was good too.

Later I keep wondering is there a branch in Toowoomba. At last, few days ago, KahPeng and I spotted that shop. It sells in Toowoomba. Weeee… Good news for us. We will definitely drop by and get a few someday!

Trip to UnderWater World, Sunshine Coast. Part 1.

Ok, now then, it’s time for my UnderWater World trip story telling! After a swim in the sea, we headed straight to UnderWater World which is just opposite Sunshine Coast.

Frankly speaking, I really love love love this trip so much, not to say I only get to enjoy myself, I get to learned a lot of things, see a lot of things and experienced lots of things as well.

For example, have you seen a baby shark before? I did…

Have you see a Stingray with a size which even bigger than a dining table and so close that you can actually touch it? (But we are not allow to, because they bite!) I did…

Have you seen a 7 feet GIANT SQUID before like you see in the movie??? I DID!!!

In fact, I even take photo with it!

Let me say something about this Giant Squid. It was found in one of the seashore in Mexico. This squid is a real thing! It is 7 feet long and it is frozen. But hey, tell you the bad news is, according to the guide who explained to us, the body is going to be rotten very soon, it wont stay with them for long, so fellas, if you wish to witness a 7 feet giant squid, make it fast or else you won’t be able to see it anymore even if you have money.

I’ve seen the biggest shark jaw model in my life, in this place.

It has many marine life , you can actually see it every where in this place.

Some are cute and adorable… like sea horse.

And some are really ugly and scary.

One thing which amazed me a lot, really a lot, probably is this aquarium car.

I did mentioned earlier that we are not allowed to touch the stingray, but there are some creatures that we can actually touch them.

Such as this star fish which is bigger than my palm.

Even KahPeng’s TOE is not as big. Even KahPeng and Kodomo were happy that’s why he’s finally smiling when he saw the size of this star fish! HAHAHA!!!

And for the first time in my life, I see seal show. No kidding… this is my first time.

This is Sunshine Coast!

Ok, ok. Finally I have my time to sit down and post up my Underwater World trip I went last week. It takes longer than I thought Lazy! I went for a 2 days 1 night trip to Sunshine Coast last week following my University trip. Thanks to them, or else, I would not have the chance to visit such a marvelous place and such nice trip. We actually went to the beach in Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast first, then only we headed to Underwater World which is just located opposite the beach. The next day we went to a small peaceful town called Montville. Guess what? it only cost us $90 and meals are even included!!! Sound good? No, it’s MARVELOUS!!!

Actually there were only 3 of us ( Me, Kodomo & KahPeng. Always the same huh? ) who went there, but I must say, I really enjoy it so much and I had a really wonderful experience ever in my life! I’ll show you why I said so later. You will sure get jealous of it.

Ok, crapping done. Get down to business. First day, we went to Sunshine Coast Beach located in Mooloolaba. We had an awesome swim together. This is the first time I get to go to the sea side and swim with KahPeng and Kodomo. For your information, KahPeng seldom seldom swim, especially on sea side. He said he dare not. HAHAHA! However, that day was awesome, we had fun. We were all swimming in the sea, playing around and the waves the weather were just too nice!

The beach, the sea water, the wave were just so good. It was just so irresistible. So beautiful… See it yourself.

Too bad, I can’t take my camera with me when we were swimming. My camera is not a waterproof camera. KahPeng said that he drank a lot of sea water that day, but it seems that he was very happy drinking it, he enjoy the swim though… We had like more or less 2 hours swimming in the sea.

Later we pack up and get ready… to go into the Under Water World.
