This is Sunshine Coast!

Ok, ok. Finally I have my time to sit down and post up my Underwater World trip I went last week. It takes longer than I thought Lazy! I went for a 2 days 1 night trip to Sunshine Coast last week following my University trip. Thanks to them, or else, I would not have the chance to visit such a marvelous place and such nice trip. We actually went to the beach in Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast first, then only we headed to Underwater World which is just located opposite the beach. The next day we went to a small peaceful town called Montville. Guess what? it only cost us $90 and meals are even included!!! Sound good? No, it’s MARVELOUS!!!

Actually there were only 3 of us ( Me, Kodomo & KahPeng. Always the same huh? ) who went there, but I must say, I really enjoy it so much and I had a really wonderful experience ever in my life! I’ll show you why I said so later. You will sure get jealous of it.

Sunshine Coast

Ok, crapping done. Get down to business. First day, we went to Sunshine Coast Beach located in Mooloolaba. We had an awesome swim together. This is the first time I get to go to the sea side and swim with KahPeng and Kodomo. For your information, KahPeng seldom seldom swim, especially on sea side. He said he dare not. HAHAHA! However, that day was awesome, we had fun. We were all swimming in the sea, playing around and the waves the weather were just too nice!

Sunshine Coast

The beach, the sea water, the wave were just so good. It was just so irresistible. So beautiful… See it yourself.

Sunshine Coast
nice?

I will remember this forever.

Sunshine Coast
Can you see the yellow flag in the pic? We are suppose to swim between the 2 yellow flags area to prevent SHARK ATTACK!

Sunshine Coast

Too bad, I can’t take my camera with me when we were swimming. My camera is not a waterproof camera. KahPeng said that he drank a lot of sea water that day, but it seems that he was very happy drinking it, he enjoy the swim though… We had like more or less 2 hours swimming in the sea.

Later we pack up and get ready… to go into the Under Water World.

Underwater World
Here I come, Under Water World!!!

Allow me to drag this post to several parts because it’s too long to fit everything in this post. Secondly, this trip has its phrase. We shall enter phrase two in the next post! Be hold!!!

Southbank, Brisbane.

Actually I don’t really like blogging about my stuff like personal life, where I go, what I do, this kind of stuff. But somehow, I can’t find anything interesting to talk about if is not about my life now. I’ll be leaving my blog abandon it for months again.

What happened was I went to Brisbane following a trip organized by my University last Saturday after the Miss Indy night.

As usual, nothing much to say in general except those nice, beautiful etc. I’ll just post up some photos here. See it for yourself.

Me @ Picnic Point, Toowoomba, Australia

Ever since I’ve step in to Australia, I haven’t really post up any picture to my blog. Well, basically is because of my internet quota system in my uni, I don’t want to waste too much quota on all these stuff, but I’m going to have my own internet access soon, til then.

I’ve taken many photos actually, so I’ll just put up one today. Hehe! I know that’s too little. I don’t really have time blogging anyway.

Picnic Point

This is me at Picnic Point, Toowoomba, Australia. A very nice place, the thing is I’ve only dropped by for 10 minutes, no time to really look around. Will drop by again some day, for sure. It’s a very nice place and marvelous scenery up there.

Probably in another 1 week time I’ll have my own internet access. Hope it can be done as soon as possible. Really difficult without internet access. The modem here is way too expensive. Thanks to my dear darling who had wasted so much of her time buying a wireless router modem and posted to me all the way from Malaysia. I’m waiting it. Thanks baby.

End Of Tioman’s Trip

Ok, I think it’s time for me to end up my Tioman’s trip post here. Basically I had described most of the scenaries there… Nth much. The remaining parts I will show it all to you here.

Let’s start with the Marine Park. This Marine Park located in Tioman is actually a place where you can see most of the fishes swimming around. Let me show you the place.

Marine Park

I must really say that there are fishes here and there in this place. They actually have a proper maintaining program here, they do have workers feeding the fishes everyday and the fishes here always stay close to you! I mean REALLY CLOSE! Instead of swimming away from you, they actually purposely stay close to you. Why? Ok, let me tell you. That’s because the fishes here are protected, so basically they never attack or catch by anyone since they were born. Instead, tourist here use to feed them food, so they know that if there’s a human being there’s FOOD!

Unfortunately my camera is not water proof, I unable to show you any of the fishes in the water. The most thing I can show you is something like this…

Fishes
This is just a very very small part of the fishes group. There are MORE and different type of species there.

Another thing that I wanted to talk about all the time and can never miss it, is the low tide scenary in Tioman.

It’s really really interesting and fun when it’s low tide. It’s another type of enjoyable moment and situation.

Everyday from morning till the evening, the tide is usually normal which is something like this…

Seaside

But the evening arrives, the tide started to get lower and the situation is utterly different.

Lowtide

And even lower…

Low tide

That’s not the end of the story my friend. It’s actually just the beginning of the whole story! Because of the sea water is really crystal clear here, you can actually see every single thing inside the sea.

Clear

As a result, you will able to spot some really interesting and small little tiny creatures stay in the sea. For example like squid, fishes, crabs, sea cucumber and even octopus! YES! I MEAN Octopus man! Unfortunately the octopus was really aware and alert, when we get closer to it, it immediately swam away with a very high speed, we can’t even got time to take a photo on it!

Speaking of Sea Cucumber, I did found lots of sea cucumbers when I was walking around.

Sea Cucumber

Usually sea cucumber like above is like very dead, they don’t really move and not so active right??? If some of you had saw sea cucumber before you all should know about this.

The normal length of a sea cucumber is somewhere around 12-15cm right? But I spotted a damn scarry one…! Damn! It’s 25-30 cm! Is really scarry cause you can actually see it moving it’s head, swinging here and there!

Sea Cucumber

Then I decided to challenge this monster… Use a stick and touching it’s head and tail to scare it. In the end it ends up like this…

Sea Cucumber

Interesting right?? Hahaha!!

More about Tioman

The story continue and here are more photos for you…

Tioman
This photo is taken when on the way to snorkelling. It’s a different village.

Tioman

Tioman

Some photos are taken from different villages. If you were to go to anohter villages, you are either need to hike over hills or boat. Ofcourse, if you want to sit boat, then you just have to pay for it which personally I don’t think is worth it.

But…

For a fat ass like me (ya lah…laugh as you want.) might be considering taking the boat ride, as you know, not everyone can hike… Luckily I’m still able to do that.

But still you must consider that after you saw the photos below.

Tioman

Tioman

As you can see above photos, I actually take a journey about 40mins to reach the nearest village to mine… and, and, and… always remember, 40 mins to reach there, and another 40 mins to go back after you had fun, finished playing, swimming on the other side… Is quite Tiring I must say.

Imagine like you go 40 mins hiking all to your destination and finally you reach there, you started playing around, swimming with you friends and then after all these things, you finished enjoying yourself and you pack up your stuff and you ready to go back and now…

anohter 40mins hiking journey?! You got me? That is an “Oh man…!”
Anyway, as a conclusion, you can still think that is worth it when you see this…

Tioman

Tioman

And is really irresistable if you don’t play around in such a nice and clear sea side.

Tioman
I know the first thing you all will talk about and laugh at is my stomach! Damn it! Don’t even think about it!

Tioman

One thing that I can not affort to miss in Tioman is the sunset, I know some of you might think “What man… yo can see sunset from anywhere!” But trust me, this is utterly different. It’s not the same!
